Milk Bath

A milk bath is a relaxing way to unwind and pamper your skin at the same time. It is believed that Cleopatra used to submerge herself in a bath of milk and honey regularly, and this was believed to have been the secret behind her soft and radiant skin. Here’s for a milk bath recipe. Pour about 2 to 4 cups of fresh milk or buttermilk to your bathtub. If you do not like to go for fresh milk, then you can opt for powdered milk, i.e. you can use powdered milk instead of fresh milk.
